Carbon Fiber Fin

The carbon fibre is one of the material with the best strength and elastic modulus. It is perfect to be the material for an apnea fin, but by otherwise, it could be a fragile material if do not make with correct technique. This project has a goal to make a reliable carbon fin and at the same time using cheap tools and low cost to produce it with quality. 
The secret to doing it well, isn´t only the choice the correct epoxy resin or the kind of carbon fibre, but designing the correct fabric layers disposal, and have a rigorous control to produce by hand lay-up, and pressure control, cure temperature and post cure ramp, controlled by an electronic device and thermal resistance.
